What this Immersion does:
This work is not about self improvement.
It is about seeing what is actually going on.

Across seven days, you will be guided through experiences designed to:
-bring what has been hidden to the surface
-interrupt patterns that no longer serve you
-strip back what is not true: and
-support you to stand more fully in who you are

This immersion supports you to
-see yourself more clearly
-stop negotiating who you are
-step out of roles you have been carrying out of habit or obligation
-stand more firmly in yourself: and
-move through your life with less friction and more ease

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about becoming less edited.

-Human Design as a framework for self recognition and authority
-Ceremony and women’s circles grounded in truth and presence
-Daily yoga, meditation and sound healing for nervous system steadiness
-Breathwork to support emotional release, clarity and nervous system regulation
-Shamanic Water Ceremony as ritual crossing
-Shared embodied practices including cooking and ritual
-Post Immersion integration support
